MACS 609 Webinar

The webinar lasts for 60 minutes. It is designed to guide participants through the essential training material required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Section 609 certification. By the end of the presentation, technicians will have gained the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully pass the online test. They will then be Section 609 certified. This certification is mandatory for technicians who wish to purchase refrigerant in quantities of 2 pounds or more or service vehicle air conditioning systems for compensation. This webinar is at 12:00pm (EST) $55 (includes webinar & test) View from home or work. To register, you must be logged into the MACS website.  You will receive an email prior to the webinar date with information on joining the webinar. Once you pass the Section 609 test, your credentials will be mailed to you. Show your card when you purchase refrigerant.

Includes the Section 609 Webinar and EPA approved Section 609 Certification Exam. A 25 question, multiple choice test. MACS recommends completing the exam in one sitting and as soon as possible after viewing the webinar. You can print a temporary certificate upon successful completion of the exam and MACS will mail your permanent credentials which include a wallet card to carry and a full color certification for framing.
