The Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide will host a business development webinar that will focus on helping MACS members; work with their local media, develop a proactive plan and cultivate a crisis management strategy for their dealings with news media.
Paul Gluck, Associate Professor of the Temple University School of media and communication and a 39-year broadcast veteran will share his expert advice on working with your local newspaper, radio station, TV station or cable access station.
Topics will include:
Making friends with local media
Writing a good news release that gets noticed
How to become the local go-to expert on your business niche for media reference
Developing content for today’s media
Damage control in a crisis

Mobile A/C Clinic and Plant at Sanden in Wylie, TX

Sanden will host a heavy duty mobile a/c training clinic at the Wylie, TX facility. Information to be presented: A/C system troubleshooting, Tips and tricks to a fast diagnosis, materials and resources plus a tour of the Sanden compressor manufacturing facilities.
This mobile a/c technical training offered by Sanden is specifically designed to meet the needs of technicians working on mobile a/c. The course introduces troubleshooting techniques and ideas to make your shop more efficient and knowledgeable about mobile a/c systems.
