MACS Training Facility

 

 

The Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS)  Worldwide offers classroom and meeting facilities for commercial use by corporate and educational organizations at its state-of-the-art headquarters centrally located in Montgomery County at 225 South Broad Street in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. When not in use for MACS automotive educational and training programs, these unique facilities can be leased by the public. MACS offers a total of  three rooms for classes, meetings or special events.

The largest  classroom (40’x 34’) is designed to seat 40 people, with a center air wall that can be used to separate the room into two self-contained classrooms (20’x 34’) for smaller groups.There is also a theater-style classroom which seats 57 people and features large garage doors which allow for vehicles or other large objects to be positioned for demonstration.

 

The audio-video facilities in all of the classrooms include a  motorized projection screen that can display media from a video camera, videotape, slide, laptop, and internet sources. All sources maybe managed and switched through a hand-held remote switcher allowing for easy and efficient multi-media presentations.

 

MACS offers a variety of pricing options for use of its classroom and meeting facilities based on usage of audio-video resources, number of people attending, time booked and frequency of bookings. Long-term arrangements for monthly or weekly meetings can also be arranged.

 

The MACS facility is versatile and can meet the needs of almost any group or organization. It is an ideal location for videotape and film production and  can also be configured for group computer training. Restrooms and a kitchen area are also available. Caterers are located nearby.
